Intermediate Stained Glass - Thursday Morning Class - Four Week Session

Previous Experience in Your Construction Technique for Each Project is Required For This Class

You must have taken Beginning Stained Glass at Harmony to participate in this workshop, or contact us to verify that your experience level qualifies you for Intermediate Stained Glass Workshop.

Tuition plus cost of glass and supplies.

Intermediate Stained Glass Workshop offers you a great opportunity to work on your projects in an air-conditioned studio with a teacher at hand in case you need help. If you recently finished your beginning class, you'll have a chance to work on more advanced projects and learn professional skills under talented supervision. It's also a good time to enjoy a weekly get-together with your glassy friends.

Projects can include foil, lead or novelty items such as boxes and lamps. Each student must have previous training from Harmony in the technique they are using. Use of Harmony glass pliers, cutting grids and grinders is included. You are required to own and use your own glass cutters, soldering irons and shop chemicals as these are not included in the tuition.

Class runs for four consecutive weeks. No make-up sessions are allowed. Tuition is not pro-rated for missed classes. Each participant will have approximately 8 square feet of work space (4' x 2'). If you want to work on an oversized project, you must purchase multiple spots in the class to allow you the space that you need. In this case, please call Harmony to review your project size and coordinate your registrations. This class is limited to eight students and fills quickly; please plan ahead when scheduling and registering!

Class Prep: If you choose your pattern and glass before the class starts, you will maxmize your build time in class. Bring all your tools, supplies, patterns, glass and a box to carry your pieces.

We require that you purchase any class tools and supplies here at Harmony when needed for your class. By doing so, you help ensure that your local stained glass store will be here as a place for fun and learning for many years to come.

If you would like to register with a Gift Certificate or Harmony store credit please call us at 281-998-3381.
